You have permission from the other owner
They've been mates for over 2 weeks
They have bred 3 times or less
New; you must include the hex codes, My computer lags to much to constantly keep getting hex codes. If you do not have any hex codes I will not take your form, sorry!

Im not sure how other artists roll but this is how I'm going to do my Breedings.
I use 1-6
1-4= 1 Pup
5 & 6- 2 pups

Parents with no edits;
1-5= No edits
6= Small mutation

1 Parent with an edit;
1-3- No edits
4 & 5- Smaller version of the parent with an edit
6- Full edit

Both parents have 3+ edits;
1- Smaller version of a common edit
2- Small version of a rarer edit
3- pup with a few small edits
4- pup with a medium few edits
5- Hecka edited pup
6- Hecka edited pup
