What is a Jekinto?
A Jekinto, or commonly called a Kinto, is a small wolf like creature.
Jekinto's have long dragon like tails, large amounts of fluff, long
ears and a long muzzle. The strangest aspect of a Jekinto is the fiery bubbles that burst
from small holes in their back. Jekinto's are cold blooded, and this helps to keep them
warm. Like a Jekinto's fur, these fiery bubbles can come in many different colours...
sometimes even sizes. Jekinto's are most commonly found sleeping in fires. It
is heard that fire is the Jekinto's elemental haven. Jekinto's are naturally
suspicious of humans, but once you let one sleep in your fire place, you're friends
for life. Can you win a Jekinto's heart?

This is the last Kinto you guys will see from me for the rest of the week. This little kinto is a wintery snow themed baby with horn, hair, and glowy fire edits, so it's pretty uncommon, almost rare. In fact, that was why she came out to the waters, because they reminded her of herself; a rush of beautiful crystal water trapped beneath a layer of freezing ice. And she would escape, one day perhaps... Just like the water.

I've decided that this girl's name is Glissade. What is a glissade? Well, to put it quite simply, a glissade is just a way of sliding down a steep slope of snow or ice. This girl looks pretty winter-y, so I figured the name fit her well.

No, Glissade is not PPS. She would hate the idea of it. Glissade would never stand for being a child forever.
One thing they love about winter;
If Glissade had to pick one thing she loves about the winter season, it would be the peace and quiet that comes with the darkness of the night skies.
Glissade was born mute. She cannot speak, and had always felt horrible being around others and hearing them talk their hearts out... So she stopped being around others. Usually she'd stay away from them, shying away from any public places whatsoever.
And then there's winter. It's far too cold for anyone to go out, and it makes for a lovely, quiet evening. Glissade has never been bothered by the cold, so she'll usually go out at night and stare up at the stars, enjoying the peace and quiet that the endless snow gives. Nobody is there to talk and make her feel bad. It's just her and the stars above... The quiet, sparkling, lovely stars.

the highlight of her winter;; an ugly (or not but mostly ridiculous) Christmas sweater tradition where the family gets together on Christmas Eve. They each bring an ornament to hang on the tree, and when the clock strikes twelve they try to put a sweater on the tree

Liesl's family was huge. Aunts, uncles, cousins; they seemed to multiply every time the family gathered for Christmas. Everyone always came home, unless you wanted to face Nana Aria. She was 89 and very scary when mad. Nana prioritized family above all, and expected you to as well, or at least enough to visit. The whole Christmas thing stemmed from the fact the family worked closely with humans and they'd picked up the 'celebrating holidays' thing. Liesl's family had a unique tradition for Christmas. They like dressing up.
Aunt Miri was the one who started the sweater tradition. Every year they found the most ridiculous sweaters and held an 'Ugly Sweater Contest".
Uncle Reed was the one who started the tradition of dressing up the tree.

Liesl hopped from foot to foot in excitement, dressed in a forest green sweater decorated with white doves. It wasn't anything like the grey sweater with a deer throwing up on it that daddy was wearing, but Mama wanted her to look nice.

One thing they love about winter;
The one thing they love about winter is that during the holiday season she can go help someone out (like the poor for example) to let them have a more fortunate Christmas and some amazing holidays. Just to see someone smile, feel happiness, and have hope, just makes her extremely emotional and good.
