He is very proud of his collection, claiming he has rather rare items and plushies, making his collection valuable. To many, they don't understand why he values his collection so much. He is protect over his collection and tends to talk about it all the time.

What is this plumerian proud of?:

Ralph sat in his study room in thought, his paws tracing the blank areas of the canvas in front of him. Painting wasn't something he enjoyed anymore, it was a necessity, so to say, but not a enjoyment. He needed things to be off his mind...
But being a starving artist was task in itself, living in a cheap apartment and living on barely anything.. only cash flow was museums and galleries that wanted to buy his art... of course, most of it wasn't sold completely.
Ralph sat back and took a deep breath, his eyes lingering to the corner of his room in deep memory. In the corner of the room was a painting, filled with with bright colors. The sun in the painting a shocking electric blue and the fields and trees dappled in a rainbow of dots. The only darkness in the painting was a silhouette of another plume leaning against one of the multicolored trees, seemingly looking in the distance.
In the time that painting was made, Ralph was considered a child prodigy, led by his mother, a single woman in the city of New York. He had many talents, in art music, academics...he lived a simple life, not as poor and not as rich, but the recession had sadly hit at the time, and his mother lost her job.
Desperate for some leverage, Ralph had tried to look for work as a preteen to help his mother, who not only was jobless, but had also became ill at that time from the stress. Surely and as desperate as he was, he began using his talents on a canvas...
This revenue from the painting practically saved them from being kicked out of their house and gave them food for a good week. His mother during that time managed to get back on her feet and to this day, he has never been more proud of any other artwork...
Every painting after brought money into his home but all the colors were never as vibrant or as full of emotion as that painting was.
Later into his highschool years, his painting was found and given back to him. As a nice reminder, he now keeps it in his study as he creates more artwork to make a living while in school. Even now the brightness in the corner of the room is the only thing keeping him motivated. As he considers that painting to be what he is most proud of.
