history~ Little Miss Artemis was actually born in the wild plains of Nevada. Though as a young filly she was captured, by ranglers, and was sold. She was going to be fattened up for meat, like many horses. Though at age two she was rescued by a barrel racing champion. She brought her back to her home, and began taming her. Which was not easy to do at all. She had to deal with many troubles, and so did the filly. Years of practice, and training was put into Artemis, and now she is the best barrel racing horse, that ever did walk through the large ranch. The mare was now broke completely bomb proof and child friendly. She doesn't seem to have that wild horse in her, as much anymore. Though it is still there in a little part of her heart. Which is why she is so dang high spirited.
