Keetins are small, agile mouse creatures that live within the trees of any forested climate in the world. They can't run very fast or fly, but they are terrific at leaping and climbing, despite their short limbs. These little guys tend to be tamed as companions and will often be seen riding their handler's shoulder, pockets or hiding in their hair. Keetins will never grow any larger than a squirrel, baby Keetins (called Kits) can be as small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. A Keetin's diet consists of their favourite food, Strawberries! However they are also seen eating other fruits and sometimes cakes.
A group of Keetins is called a Keetai (pronounced key-tie). They communicate through a series of small pips and mews.
When happy, a Keetin will release a scent from a gland inside it's ear, making it smell beautifully like strawberries.

You have no idea how much I wanted to keep this lad! I kept him in my saved drawings for ages, but, he's too cute to not go to a good home.

Anyways, this little child is nervous and skittish all too often! He has slightly clouded eyes - he didn't always have them, he got them from an eye infection when he was younger. Because the clouds, he has a harder time seeing than most keetins. But what he can see typically scares him anyways, so, uh, he's got it bad.

He's still very young too! Like, uh, whatever is the equivalent of a 6 to 11 in for keetins in human years...

Also, his "big bro" is Pod. This can be adoptive or actually brothers, or they can be cousins but he considers him a brother. Up to you! Because he's a dear ad my keetin's friend/relative, I have a few requirements.

• He is straight. However, he's still too young to get into a serious realtionship.
• He is very nervous.
• He is extremely close to his brother Pod.
• He is younger than Pod. (Pod is like, "20" and This lad is 6 - 11 as said earlier.

If I got special permission to keep him, I would, but I already have my 2nd custom in mind so, I guess I'll make sure he gos to a good home instead!

To win him, please comfort him in some way! He's not very trustworthy, so please prove you care for him by gifting him something. A few tips for you!

• Something sweet.
• Something comforting.

It could be an instrument - a mini piano, flute, etc. - a toy, a pet ( That is small enough for him. ), or anything that you think will please him! Also feel free to add up to four extras, though it isn't necessary. Decorating the form is encouraged! As are short stories with sweet fantasy elements. And artwork! Artwork does not count as an extra and is unlimited!

The blissful day had turned sour quickly, and pod was rushing home when he heard a soft cry. When he went to investigate he found a young half starved kreetin. He brought the krretin home where he quickly became part of the familiy.

His Personality:
He's super shy, and often hesitates around people he doesn't know. It's somewhat difficult to get him to trust you, and even more difficult to convince him that you want to be his friend. Often the toughest challege is convincing him to stay long enough to get these points across as he scares very easily.

But thats just the surface on the rare occasion you see him and he doesn't see you you'll notice an entirely different side of him. He chases butterflies, and sings with birds, and does he ever sing. He's lacks in strength, but he's super fast and will often race rabbits across open fields.

His best friend is his older brother, Pod, and he's one of the few people that Sipho trusts. Because of how shy he is he doesn't easily make new friends, but when he's with his brother, he feels brave....well braver. Bravery is not Siphos strong point, although he can play with woodland creatures, he startles at the sight of his own shadow.

This was actually a little difficult for me, but when I read what he wanted, the decision seemed clear enough. Something colorful, soft, sweet, and comforting. Sorry if this is not allowed but I want to give him cotton candy and a bouquet of flowers. Although to be fair I think he deserves alot more than just these few gifts.

What would you do with him if you won?:
He is absolutely adorable, if I were lucky enough to win him I would provide a permanent home for him. I would get art of him, and maybe a few stories (really depends on quality of writing.) He would have a home among my main characters, and would loved forever.

A short story:

The young Keetin leaped through the field. It was a magical place and his personal haven. He had never met another keetin here before, and he rather liked that. Most of the other keetins scared him, and he preferred his personal wonderland to their company.

"I've got you know," he shouted as he chased a butterfly across the open fields. Butterflies were small, and although he had never actually caught one, he found them fun to chase. He swiveled through the field, and the butterfly flew in loops above him. They both knew how this game worked.

He chased the butterfly across the field, past the old willow, and near a stream. But the sky was getting cloudy and the butterfly was getting harder to keep track of. The young keetin had poor eyes, and could not see the distance that the rest of the keetins could.

He sighed and sat down, thinking his game of merriment was over. Then the butterfly re-appeared and the chase continued. A light rain started to fall, but that discouraged neither the keetin nor the butterfly. They darted back in forth each laughing in their own way. Suddenly lightning filled the sky and the game ended, as the young keetin darted home. The game left for another day, when he would catch the butterfly.

How is he related to Pod?: when they were very, very young -insert name here- was always lonely and sitting in a corner, watching the others play. Pod saw him and sat down next to him, a deep friendship builded over the years and they decided that they were like brothers to each other. They did everything together and were always side by side, if one got in to trouble (usually pod) then the other one would help him out. And they will always be there for each other
His Personality: Shy, loner but he can be silly when he's with Pod, he's also very caring and sweet

He is Pod's adoptive brother; he was found abandoned as a really young keetin in the streets and was taken in by Pod's family. He may not be related to him in blood but in his heart, Droplet has accepted his adoptive family as his true own. He caught his eye infection in the street, from the bad condition, thus making him unable to ever see clearly again.

His Personality;;
Shy, and extremely scared of new things; this is most likely because it was one of the first things he could memorize when he was abandoned, and because he cannot see what it is clearly because of his poor eyesight. He is very closed and will not speak to any strangers. The only person he allows himself to trust completely is Pod and his adoptive family. Therefore he is good at keeping secrets and is trusted by many; however Droplet himself doesn't trust them as much in return. He often cries a lot; however in secret, thinking of his lost memories.

My gift to Droplet is a toy giraffe. The main colour of the giraffe is light grey; however its neck is coloured with all the colours of the rainbow and has a black fluffy tail. He will absolutely not let go of it when alone.

What would you do with him if you won?;;
First of all, he'd have my keetin Juniper to comfort him; second, I would most likely spoil him with art and sketches; third, I would make sure he finds a perfect mate and kits when he's older. Droplet would also have my full care; and I would make him a page in my adopted pets' threads.

Droplet's diary [Day 1]

Day 1 with Pod - I was given this notebook from Pod. He is my brother now. He found me in the streets, and took me in! As I came in to the house, it was huge! Bigger than any place I've seen - however maybe that's because I've never been inside a house before?
Pod introduced me into the house properly. He said I will sleep with him tonight. I'm really excited!
I ate some noodles and I went into bed beside Pod. I wonder what we'll do tomorrow?

Backstory;;
Droplet sat shivering in the streets, the thick raindrops splattering on him. The rain plastered his fur to him. He was utterly hopeless; there was no way he would be cared in these dark alleys. Droplet's tears fell onto the floor, mixed with the rain, salt water and fresh.
One day, as he searched for anything useful or even better, food, he heard voices. He always did as the people passed here; and the people whose voice belonged to simply ignored him, and he in return ignored them. Few stopped to look at him, sorrow in their eyes. However, Droplet strained to listen to these voices; they were talking about him.
"Please! We can't just leave him there! How can he live?" A protesting voice rang out.
The other voice did not reply; there was an uneasy silence.
The first voice spoke again. "We can't leave him."
A sigh came from the second person; perhaps he was admitting defeat? Droplet twitched his ears.
"I give in. We'll take him in."
Pure joy flooded through Droplet. They were to take him in?
One keetin stepped out. "I'm Pod," he spoke softly, and Droplet recognised the voice as the first one. "Please come with me. Be my brother."
Droplet struggled to focus onto Pod's face properly, however looking deep into his expression, he felt the strength; he was actually really willing to take him in; him, who lived in the street, who no one ever cared about. Droplet closed his clouded eyes and blew out a breath. After a long while, he blinked open his eyes again and said proudly, "I will come with you."

Short history;;
Droplet was originally abandoned on the streets; he had no one, and was utterly alone. Until Pod found him, that is. When Droplet was giving up, Pod had appeared. Like a gift, out of nowhere. Droplet would never forget that awestruck moment when Pod offered Droplet to come back home with him.
He had lived in an alley; where people threw some of their trash in. Some people occasionally gave him food, but other times he foraged through the garbage for leftovers. The alley was eerie and dirty; thus Droplet caught his eye infection and could not see properly since them. Droplet hated it but where could he go? There was no other choice.
Pod had found him - and now Droplet lives with him, regarding him as a brother and best friend. He was glad it was with Pod; no other keetin could have a truer heart than Pod.

His Personality:
it is most important for him to remember to take care of himself. The passion of his convictions is perfectly capable of carrying him past their breaking point and if his zeal gets out of hand, he can find himself exhausted, unhealthy and stressed. This becomes especially apparent when he finds himself up against conflict and criticism – his sensitivity forces him to do everything he can to evade these seemingly personal attacks, but when the circumstances are unavoidable, he can fight back in highly irrational, unhelpful ways.

To him, the world is a place full of inequity – but it doesn’t have to be. No other personality type is better suited to create a movement to right a wrong, no matter how big or small. he justs need to remember that while they’re busy taking care of the world, he needs to take care of themselves, too.

His Personality:Dewy is afraid of almost anything but specifically loud noises. He is quiet and nervous until you coax him to start talking about what he loves and then he will talk pretty much nonstop. He is also sensitive and easily embarrassed but whenever its Pod teasing him he will tease back. He has an odd fascination with thunderstorms considering his fear of loud noises should scare him off but he loves them none the less. He loves the smell of rain and fluffy things. His favorite foods are candies especially the gummy sweet ones like lifesavers. He hates white chocolate and peanuts. He is shy and won't make lots of friends but to those he opens up to he is loyal and loving. He is the jealous type who will think you don't like him because you sat with someone else at lunch but he won't confess he will just give you the cold shoulder and pretend nothings wrong. He is very attuned to emotions and can tell if you are stressed in which case he will soon be too, its best to keep a calm head around him. He isn't very good at showing affection so the best he can do is find things for you to give you.His favorite color is blue because of the different shades and how they each can carry a different emotion.
