Philosophical and slightly out of place in a world not always suited to one as himself, Icarus is an ever searching source of knowledge. Introverted and observant, Icarus is a gentleman – constantly calm and painstakingly loyal to those he takes interest to, or loves. Icarus is curious and his curiosity often leads him to unexpected places – some better than others. Icarus is introspective and contemplative, often knowing more than he cares to admit, and being often vague in what he does. Icarus often means more than he shows and is quite an empathetic kia – seeming cold only because of his inexpressive nature. Rarely needing recognition for his achievements and deeds, Icarus thrives in others’ happiness – often substituting it for his own. However many a day can often pass this young kia away with such a melancholy, due to his solitary life. Icarus is faulted in the sense that he spends too often a time looking for what isn’t there; he has high expectations for his own life, but would never let another pry to deeply into that which troubles him: his fear of what the earth truly intended for him, and what in fact he is meant to be doing with his often confusing life.

Icarus’ birthday falls on the 29th of July. He shares this date with his twin sister Aila, one who he has sadly drifted away in the coming of his now independent life. Icarus is left-handed, though was not always – he trained himself from a young age, an attempt to be individual from those around him. Icarus’ last name, ‘Ledore’ was adopted from a young, now passed, friend. The two took many pledges to one another as children and the young kia’s death, unexpected and brief, unsettled Icarus and sent him even further into his secretive depths of seclusion. Hoping one day to have a true family, as he was adopted and known to have no living relations – Icarus took it upon himself to give his friend the family he wished, adopting his best friend’s name in the hope to do him honour. Icarus is atheist/agnostic, pansexual – with a tendency to change preference from time to time and has a myer-briggs personality type of INTP. Icarus is a realist though not harshly, and needs a formulated opinion of an object or concept to fully understand it. Icarus dislikes the sun behind his back when in such place where he can help it, his small apartment in London, England is furnished to accommodate his peculiar tastes. Icarus plays the clarinet, violin, piano, electric bass and alto saxophone – all at varying levels of skill. A fan of classical, jazz and alternative music, Icarus often finds music helps collect his disarrayed thoughts and so is often whistling or humming softly below his breath. Icarus is not one to have any faith in a relationship if he wishes it not to be and so most of his friends and family have the approval of his curious mind. Icarus’ favourite colours are blue, grey and white – all for various reasons.
