i cant even tell why,
why wont anybody cry,
a death has been foretold today,
as if it wasn't enough to say.

I don't know whether the point here is a poem about the pseudodragon or just a poem in general, so I'll write both.

Watching Dreams

How long has it been, you said, or thought to say to me.
I don't remember quite, I answered, nowhere to be seen.
The night is through, or is it? Your whispers seemed to scream.
But still the birds can find no home, not beneath the leaves.

You look out to see the night but all you find is white.
I look out in search of light but all I find's a blight.
You seem to think in wonder, that something's not quite right.
But all I see is purple wings, wandering out of sight.

Can you see the truth in this, or is it all a lie?
The violet light of spirit, just about to cry?
I see him and I think of him, the bird on every ledge.
I saw and named him Lintu while he peered over the edge.

The silver's faded from the trees
The leaves have fallen down

Time is fading, day by day
We watch the stars burn out
