meet my custom, Avis Albatross!
more to come on her soon, but to summarize, she's a very grumbly, very short-tempered inventor who fixes whatever needs fixing around her in order to pay for the parts and pieces she uses in her "inventions". ;o
When she was younger, she tried to give herself wings multiple times, and they always failed. Her last attempt was a set of wax wings. And, after an unfortunate series of events... they caught on fire, much like the tale of Icarus, and the wooden frame was seared into her back. It was managed to be removed without paralyzing her, but she still to this day will randomly experience waves of pain that course through her body, starting at that spot in her back.
She has an unseen fur edit hidden behind her shoulder blades the fur is just entirely missing. It's a perfect rectangle, and I'll draw out a ref of it soon.
