all staff (including mods etc) may make 3 customs as of now. They may also color in their old lermies and/or revamp.

NOTE: Any non-staff may also post here for a revamp (by staff) or color-in on the new lines.

A staff member could revamp him; although we aren't allowing owners to revamp their own. (should have made that clearer; edited). So if you'd like, I could revamp him.
On another note, if you meant only to color him in with the same design on the new lines, then that's perfectly allowed.
