I actually really like how this bab turned out gheee

I don't know what her fate will be yet but dAYNG Iove herrrr

What's so special about her is that she's a shifting merpony; When she slips the merpony charm on her tail, it forks the ends and turns it into a functioning merpony tail. When she takes it off however, it turns into a normal tail.
It is considered a crime to cut a shifter's hair without their consent; without hair long enough to form a tail they are land stranded.
