Seraphiel is the protector of Metatron and often referred to as the "Angel of Silence". Traditionally, Seraphiel is referred to as a male, but instead I saw more of a character if I chose a mare. I also chose this name because I see her as typically being very quiet and soft, a contradiction to Pyrrhic's brash and aggressive mentality, though she can be just as aggressive as him when it's needed. How does this song fit him/her?: This fits her because she's Pyrrhic's right hand gal; she takes the job of protecting their foals (Cassiel included) very, very seriously. To her, nothing is more important than keeping their bloodline safe and pure, and she will do anything in her power to get her job done. The lyrics of the song "I'll carry your world" (her speaking not only to the foals, but also to Pyrrhic) is her sealing herself as like the herd's focal point. She takes on this role as Pyrrhic can be very unstable at times (temper wise), so while he fights off any offending competitors, she's the one the foals look to for guidance and protection.
The lyrics "Sometimes the wire must tense for the note" also played a part in it; Naturally, Sera (a nickname given to her by Cassiel) is very optimistic, and always reassures the foals that better days are just behind the storm. Right behind that: "Caught in the fire; say oh, we're about to explode" speaks of her ability to rise above and shine in the most dire of situations, thanks to her resiliency and clever wit. Overall, to me the song appeals to her quiet strength and uncanny wisdom, as both a mother and a guardian.
