What is an Outlet Cat?

An outlet cat is a mammal that resembles a cat. They are the size of a large house cat, sometimes a bit smaller. Outlet cats run on electricity. Their tail is one of their most significant features. They have a short stub of fluff, then an electrical plug coming out. Instead of sleeping, outlet cats plug their tails into an outlet. While their tail is plugged in they are recharged for the next day. They always wear a set of large headphones on their head. The reason why they wear these is because their ears do not work. Instead, they hear out of these headphones. They also have a glowing power button symbol upon their forehead. This symbol glows brightest when the cat is charged up, but as it looses electrical power, the symbol dims. Outlet cats can come in any color, and they all have plug tails and headphones. Their paw pads and tongue are always the same color as their power button symbol.

This Guys Name Shall Be Power Surge, A Boy. He Is Brave And Self-Centered, And Brags A Bit, But He Is Overall a good friend and a feirce enemy.

Power Surge is called "Surge" And for friends; "Surgey". He likes rock music and he is a real boyish boy. He doesn't fall in love easily.

Casper isn't a shy and timid outlet cat, no. Casper isn't the one to judge either. He's very caring actually, despite his black shades of grey. He usually has tempter tantrums throughout the day, but he's just showing he's just showing a big guy after all. He want's to prove to the bigger outlets he can be strong. He has a strong liking for basketball, so he practices for a few hours every day. So he's confident, not very well-mannered but willing to do some hard work to reach his goal.
