Equid Personality: Dustin is a playful little thing, whether it's with other equids or himself. Though, he prefers quieter equids over the loud ones. Proud and protective like his father, he strives to be like him everyday and yet, he's still his own. His absolute favorite thing to do is to go out at night and go for a run. In the spring time when the fireflies come out he's at his most happy. Though he's still young, he would love for whoever he chooses to spend his time with in the future to love going for runs too.
Why you want this Equid: I think equids are really cute c: I'm probably not quite good enough yet to go up against experienced owners for one yet so an ownerless equid is probably my safest route to go for now. That's not even considering how handsome this boy is, I could totally see him being my first equid <3 I mean those dapples how can you not just fall in love ;A;

One evening, Dustin had a dispute with one of the other equids just before bedtime. He was rather angry and couldn't sleep even if he tried! His mother told him to go for a run, it would really help him calm down. Never one to really disobey, he did as he was told and went for a run just after sunset. Little did he know that he would find one of his greatest joys in life; being totally free and running his worries away.

Eqiud Personality: Tempest is a very happy go lucky equid. He is always happy to cheer up a sad or troubled equid. He doesn't like to be alone and may usually be one to break awkward silences. However, when the time comes he can be very serious and smart. He loves to draw in the dirt with his hooves. He has a very soft and kind heart and will never back down from saving any animal.
Why you want this equid: Dapple grey is my absolute favorite equid color and I would love to have him as my first equid!

A dapple grey stallion grazed in the plains.
There was a loud crack, one that would pulse the veins.
The sky lit up, a fire like white.
The was a streak of ragged white.
It crashed into the ground with a heart stopping bang.
A sharp fire rose up like a piercing fang.
It surrounded helpless little creature.
The stallion knew he had to be it's teacher.
He jumped through the fire.
This situation was very dire.
He helped the creature onto his back,
and leaped as high as he could to avoid the heated attack.
He landed on the other side safe and sound.
Soon he was to be crowned.
He saved the little creatures life with a brave attitude.
For that, we owe him gratitude.

Equid Name: Cobalt
Equid Age: 2 years
Eqiud Personality: Cobalt is a very gentle equid with almost a feminine appeal to him. Cobalt is a very polite and well-mannered young equid, always letting the mares go first, watching after the foals, as well as taking care of the elderly. He doesn't find these tasks boring or demeaning, but as more of a way to learn from new experiences and listen to great stories. As he's still a young stallion, Cobalt finds it easy to watch after the foals, most of the time, joining in their games himself. The stallion treads lightly, knowing his place in the herd and where he belongs. Despite his often quiet demeanor, this young prince will speak up when an injustice is served and can come off as quite out-going and out-spoken among his friends. He's easy to get along with and makes friends at the drop of a hat, becoming a bit of a loose-lip nelly, just blabbering on and on. Throughout his two short years, he's heard many a story from equids of all shapes and sizes and he enjoys retelling them to keep them alive, but with his own special twist slipped in. One day, he wishes to have his own great tale of adventure. When he's not making friends or participating in healthy herd fun, Cobalt can be found wandering to forests alone, watching the clouds flit past the golden-dappled tree tops or with his muzzle shoved to the ground, inspecting the beautiful flowers around him.
Why you want this equid: Well, obviously, I'm equidless and when I saw him and that he was for equidless players, I squealed. He's in all honesty the reason I'm so hooked on this species and so darned determined to earn myself one. I love him!

Cobalt's First Thunderstorm

The little foal woke with a start, his blue eyes wide with both fear and excitement as the clap of thunder seemed to shake all the way through him to his heart. Of course he'd heard of such storms from his mother and father and many other equids, but it was yet his luck to witness such a beautiful occurrence. Being the curious little foal he was, Cobalt couldn't wait to explore so with a soaring heart, he slipped past his mother and out into the world beyond. Instantly, he began to feel the gentle rain splash rhythmically against his coat and the earth around him as far as he could see. The little foal let out a terrified squeal, stumbling backwards as his first glimpse of lightning streaked across the sky, making contact somewhere over the mountains. Cobalt smiled weakly, watching as the world around him was illuminated, cast with different shades of whites and blues, yellow and grays and then suddenly, there was another crack of thunder just like the one that had woken him from his dreams. This is where the young colt spent the rest of his night, watching and waiting, gasping and jumping, laughing and rolling as he enjoyed his first real feel of rain. The first feel of mud. His first storm.
