Used to be a lab rat but got out one day and lives in the sewers now. He quickly gained several friends and they started a group in the sewers. So far this group consists of Tom, Derek, Thorn, Bark, Pebble, Rob, Fin, and Mike.
But their sewer system is being taken over by a group of... things.
These things are, or used to be, dogs. The dogs were loners and found their way down into the sewers one day. But because of all the chemical waste being dumped into these sewers by several factories in the city the dogs were mutated when they touched the sewer water. [Dogs are here]
The rats on the other hand weren't bothered by the chemical waste. The reason why is unknown.
