Ariette (Meaning, 'melody'.)

Personality:

Ariette is shy and her personality is small. She's quite afraid of what other people think of her, and she usually does things alone. Ariette likes the sound of music, and in the cold green land she lives in, when the wind slowly drifts through the grass, it makes a wonderful noise. Problem is, she's the only one that can hear it. Ariette has extra sensitive ears, and likes to think that the music is calling her. But when she looks for the source, it just stops at the long grass. But she doesn't let that put her down, she likes it, and she never gives up hope.

Hobbies:

Ariette enjoys listening to stories that some of the older Long Tailed Dragon Cats tell them. True, or not, doesn't matter. Sometimes she comes up with her own, but she's too scared to share any of them. She likes listening to the music that runs through the long grass, and as she does that, that's where she usually comes up with her own stories.

Tell a short story from her/his daily life:

Ariette's ears pricked up. Was that it? Was that the music? The melody? She jumped up from her position of lying down, and ran over to the section where the long grass grew. It was quite a fair way, and past everyone else. So she could be alone. Ariette slightly smiled as the noise became more audible, and she jumped into the air, landing with a thump. She straight away curled up her body, the wind was cold. But her fur kept her warm. Ariette closed her eyes, and listened to the melody,

thinking of new stories,

dreaming of new dreams.

Humming new melodies.

Name of the LTCD:
Arego. I dunno why I chose this name, really. It just came to me when I stared at him. I get it, you may like meanings, but I think it suits him- somehow. c:

Gender:
He's a male, of course. I can't really see him as a female...

Personality:
Arego is a snitch. He's rude, a rule breaker. He's not the type to back down from anything. Arego is easily taunted, though, and will soon start a fight if you so much as joke around by calling him stupid. Arego sees the world against him; perhaps because of his untrustworthy past? Either way, he tells no one what happened to him, and he'll be seen fighting against the world rather than with. However, he's not the typical bad dude, he'll stay with the good guys- but it's just he'll start fights easily, and not socialize as much with the others than normal.

Hobbys:
Arego, secretly, watches nature. Part of him being anti-social is that he loves to study. He one day hopes he'll find anything that can calm his never-ending anger at the world. Either way, he studies nature, yes, but mainly the animals. He finds them wonderful, and Arego enjoys seeing them live. This is the soft side of him; when an animal is hurt he rushes to help. It's almost like Arego is a vet-on-the-go, meanwhile-studying-animals.

Tell a short story from her/his daily life: *optional*
[I'll do it in story form. c:] Arego woke up, his breathing steady as the bad dream clenching his mind released. The unique thing was, it was the same consecutive nightmare he'd been having for awhile. An animal, hurt, him, unable to help. It killed him inside to know this.
After getting up; getting dressed, eating, and any other things he could think of, Arego stepped outside. Instantly a cool breeze hugged him, and he smiled- one of the only things to make him smile was his hobby.
Arego usually spread food about his territory, and often times the animals would come close, so when he spotted a quick fox he gasped quietly. "It's beautiful...."
Arego sat down, and quietly watched it steal some food, then walk away. This repeated many times, until finally something lost it's patience, and another fox stepped out. Instantly, Arego knew these two. They were his recent visitors, never leaving his home. Arego stood up, and hoped to finally be able to either touch one or get remotely close. When he was only a step away from the first fox, it turned, barked, and shot off. However, the second fox didn't move an inch, but then it moved closer. It was truthfully breathtaking, how the animal moved closer until Arego could reach out to tap it.
As though teasing him, the animal barked once then ran off.

For the rest of the day, Arego continued this. See an animal, attempt to come close...
But no animal walked towards him like that fox.
I hope they come back.... Arego thought, then entered his home, having seen no injuries today.

Extra:
I really like this LTDC. I dunno why... he doesn't remind me of anything. Although I guess it's because I just love his design; simple, yet beautiful nonetheless. c: Thank you for even considering this. Oh, and if you were wondering, I'd get tons of art for him and make stories about him too.

Hestia Sashinia O'Hurleheh

She is a little girl, although she is extremely tomboyish.

Age:
She is about ten, but most people would guess she's a few years older.

Personality:
To strangers, Hestia is a very quiet and shy little girl. She'll only say a few words at a time, and usually won't look them in the eyes. To those lucky enough to meet her she is very quiet and considerate.

To firends, Hestia is quite talkative and hyperactive. She's basically the opposite as she is to strangers, although still very polite. She loves charities, and will do anything to help the less fortunate. Friends often say she is quite clever, and able to get out of sticky situations easily.

How You Remind Me by Nickelback, as she used to be a very vicious and aggressive type of girl.

Themesong #2:
Mean by Taylor Swift, as she is not very popular and often picked on for her habit of chewing on her fur.

Short Story:
Hestia Sashinia O'Hurleheh. That's my name. Hestia after the Greek god of the hearth, Sashinia after my mother, and O'Hurleheh after a noble Irish clan. And I'm a fiery little Irish lassie too! Wait, I guess you want to hear a story, do yah? Well, read on.

"Oooh, wittle Hesti wants her mommy? Wittle Hesti not wanna jump?" a taunting voice called. Hestia stood on the cliff, hating herself for being bullied into this. Jumping off of a twenty foot clff! She bet that Brendik had never jumped off of it before. He was such a wuss, only brave when he had his two bodyguards flexing their disgustingly large muscles!

"Brendik! Stop it! I will jump, just give me a second!" Hestia spat back, bunching up her muscles to jump. Brendik's bodyguards, Kikaru and Tobode laughed stupidly and Brendik shot a glare a them before twisting his face into a horrible sneer that made Hestia's eyes flash bright red for half a second, but Brenik obviously saw it. The sneer shrunk immediately on his face. "One..." Hestia muttered to herself. "Two... Three!" She launched herself off of the rock and straight towards Brendik, who backed away with a look of fear in his eyes.

"Ow!" Hestia exclaimed as she hit the ground. When she tried to get up, her back leg collapsed. Brendik, Kikaru and Tobode bounded away, laughing. "Wait! Don't leave me here!" Hestia called after them as tears glistened in her eyes. After several minutes of calling for help, the tears were loose. They spilled down her face, forming a little puddy in the dusty ground.

"Are you okay?" a pleasant voice asked, right behind her. Hestia jumped and grimaced at the sudden weight on her leg. Looking over her shoulder, she saw a small male with blue markings looking at her kindly. When she shook her head, he continued. "My name's Oceana. Aren't you Hestia? I've heard about you."

"Yeah, I'm Hestia, and whatever you've heard, it isn't true." Hestia replied quietly. Oceana appeared to hear her and chuckled.

"I heard that you were a very kind female, but you're quite shy and quiet. So that isn't true?" Oceana said with the beginnings of a grin on his face. Hestia was now a bit frustrated; She had never really liked males, ever since Brendik had started picking on her. Her ears went slightly back, although she was a bit curious.

"It can be true, if a male doesn't make me mad." Hestia growled, narrowing her eyes.

"Well, I guess you don't want any help. I'll just go back to my house now." Oceana casually remarked, turning around and padding silently down the trail. A stab of doubt made him almsot pause, but he kept on.

"Wait! Can you... please just help me back?" Hestia called uncertainly. She struggled to sit up, but her back leg refused to support any weight. Oceana turned back and fixed her with a radiant grin, as he walked back towards her.

Hobbies:
Hestia is an accomplished singer, and she just loves very dark and depressing songs. She also likes to write, and she has developed fine motor skills with a shard of glass and wood for her to write on.

Other:
I will probably get a custom or something for Oceana if I get this baby, maybe Brendik and his cronies too. I don't know, but it'll probably only be Oceana.

If I can, I will probably add some art of her! Just tell me and I'll get started on it.

I just made this as fancy as I could. I bet someone will post a better form, but I'm really hoping I get her!
