Is it possible that for sufficient rare dogs I could buy this design if it doesn't win? It's impressive, even for as good a designer as you to make something this amazing^^
as for what she's missing, could it be the cutie mark?

^^As I said before, the CM was intentionally left out - And buying her would be difficult. It would largely depend on which pets specifically

Maybe a long sleeved shirt with frilled ends, kind of like this but shorter so that the bracelets are still visible, where the tighter parts are at her elbows, possibly? And then a dark red vest/corset over it.
