But could you try to get it rotated properly? That's this tool---->
You click and drag to use it. If you can rotate it fine but it won't save rotated, try going here and making sure you have the right version of ChibiPaint. The second one's the one you want.
{If you don't have a newer version of Java, and can't update it for whatever reason, then you may not be able to use the newer ChibiPaint. In which case you'll just have to switch back to the old one and leave it unrotated.}
