Akeelah with her jungle princess items. <3
So fun doing this.

YOU KNOW I GOT DISTRACTED SHUT UP.

Akeelah has two gauges in her ear, both made of REAL bone.
The skull on her head is real as well.
She has a piercing near her upper lip, called a 'Monroe'.
The beads are from her tribe.
She claims they contain magical abilities.
The feathers are from a bird she caught when she was little.
I was gonna add her pet snake, but he's kinda freaking huge and hard to draw.
For those who are wondering, he's an African rock python.
How she got him, how her first day with Lauren went, origins, and much more will be added later.

Oh and she insisted on going shopping with Lauren for new clothes and items,
since she doesn't enjoy the comments she gets from wearing them--
Lauren - "Doesn't enjoy? She almost killed that one man who--"
