Hello! I don't mean to bug anyone, but is there any news on when babus might be getting assigned numbers and cups to be made official? If you guys need any help I'd be happy to offer. Thank you!

Hey this was posted all the way back in February and it’s been nearly 3 months OR MORE since people have made their babus. They really need approved since nobody can use their characters that they had designed and I think that it’s unfair how someone spent so much time creating something and nobody can even use them. People have offered to help staff so please. Get something figured out so everyone may use their babus that they made and put lots of effort in! I’m not trying to come off as rude or mean, but it’s very annoying for some people who aren’t allowed to use them until they’re approved and that there’s such a long wait. uvu

i understand what you're saying, but i mean.. they are working hard, and they probably don't want a lot of people to help out because mistakes could happen, and then even more problems could occur. they're probably waiting for all the customs to be finished, and it takes quite a bit of time to design a babu, despite being given guidelines. I'm not a staff member, and i really do wish that things would be cleared up soon, but this is a very long process, not to mwntion their own lives factoring in place. hell, life is the reason why babusagi is ended now. life got in the way, and these artists are taking their time to make high quality babus custom made for everyone, whether they're committed to it or not. they didn't even need to have this custom event... i might as well add i'm nit trying to be rude either.

We understand the frustrations of having customs sitting there for long periods of time but we as staff have become rather busy for the past few months. Some of us were busy with college, others are dealing with other issues within their own lives it's been rather difficult. Not only that but most of the staff didn't have access to approvals.

We truly apologize for the delay with approving them, but we also wanted to make sure that we're getting all of the customs done to make sure there isn't a problem with numbering them.

The process will take a bit as we have to look through each and every custom, packing list along with making cups for every single one, and considering that there is a ton to go through, the process might take a while.
Yes, we've heard countless time your offers to help us out, and as much as we appreciate it we have decided to decline, reasons being because it would be a bit of a hassle to explain everything with systems we have in place.

Please do not rush us. We get it. I get it.
We're just people and there's only so much we can do within a period of time when life constantly throws things at us.
All I have to say is remain patient.

that being said, approvals will start soon as artists and moderators have just today been given the ok to approve things on our own. try and make sure your packing list is done and correct asap so that you aren't skipped until the end. if you haven't noticed yet I've been trying to put out correction advisement notices all day, so if you have any questions or want a better explanation of how lists work pm me. if enough people need help ill see about doing a full written out tutorial/FAQ tonight or Sunday for packing lists.
