Alrighty.
I've made some viscet lines for people! These will be free for viscets with simple-ish designs and no line edits. It might cost a little if you have mane edits or general line edits or items for your viscets (but I'm extremely lenient ahah). I might bump the price up since I am in need of DA points.
The floaty and outline are optional, and you can pick a color and transparency, even gradients, rainbow, tri-color, or specific patterns.
I can also do joint images, which are two viscets facing each other, and a heart in the middle with one half on the right and the other half on the left, so when put together it'd be a full image.

@true knight the only thing incredibly referenced about him is his name. mint and i tried very hard to keep it from being extremely obvious as to what he represents. i'm not positive if "heavily referenced" is allowed to the point of being able to tell right off the bat who the viscet represents??? but I tried really hard to keep him from being heavily referenced ;;

What do you do when times have been tough, and you've been slacking horribly on developing your viscets? I mean, what do you do to get back in the swing of things?
for me, it was helping other people and just waiting for the right time. I sat back, drew a lot, did a million art trades, and helped other people with competitions. it was fun to watch people scramble around I'm so evil and as for getting back into it, I just waited for the right viscet, one that I felt I really connected with. and ofc, I went back to drawing that viscet and ended up getting a gorgeous ru (3

The Clueless Hunter

"Ha!" Taiyo lunged at the mouse, missing horribly, but playing it off as though it were intended. He snorted and stomped a paw in the place where the mouse had been as it sprinted away. "Oh no, you aren't getting away from me that easily! I am the worlds greatest hunter, nothing escapes me!" The visclings voice echoed through the cave and a satisfied grin rested on his face. "This is it for you, fiend! Say your goodbyes!" He crouched, waved his tail, then lunged sloppily at the rodent. He scrambled to his feet and raised a paw, but stopped to watch it flee. "I let you go, remember that and tell your family!" Taiyo snorted, enjoying his fake triumph, but noticed something odd. The cave seemed to reflect a weak golden hue now. He sniffed the ground then shrugged after failing to discover the source. "It must be my awesome side showing." The viscling turned away to trot home, but froze dead at the sight before him, gazing into the single eye of a creature far bigger than him.

Ah Taiyo, what am I going to do with you xD Other than cuddle you, lol

as for the custom discussion.
for the most part we try not to base anything too heavily off fictional/existing characters - however, it's not something that isn't allowed either. We have several viscets based and inspired by anime characters, including a few pokemon amongst the group. So in short it's not really all that big of a deal to be made (regardless of intentions). All the same I did make the mane edit favor more towards the character itself, using the basic idea that kylo ren.'s viscet Rowan has and then utilizing google images of said fictional character. The pattern itself was mostly the general idea of "dark side with a touch of light" and that's sort of what I came up with, getting input from kylo ren. when a decision needed made as well as progress reports. All in all I actually really like how it turned out, and all things considered I feel it took the inspiration from the character but still has it's own flare nonetheless. c:

and I'm very pleased that so many of you like how it turned out. and no worries true knight, we all make mistakes and it's cool. c:
