ahhh i was so shocked when i saw the title
i didnt think this amazing species would come to an end
i honestly felt like crying when i saw your post char, its heartbreaking to see such a huge and absolutely fantastic species go

the first plumie i tried out for was Talia (#31), which i now own and love
its amazing to see how much the plumie community grew over time
i met some amazing people and now im friends with most <3

i consider myself very lucky to now own four plumies, i love all of them.
me and my four bebs are going to miss you and this species ;u;

Wow, I really wasn't expecting this. I can honestly say I did cry a little, I'm so sorry to see this species go. ;n; I always assumed that plumerians would last until CS crumbled down.
I am going to hold onto and cherish my two plumes forever, and hopefully Kioki's nursery batch will come up with adorable twins so me and the other owner can have one.
Dang, I'm going to miss these guys so much, they mean so much to me. I hope everything goes well in the future for you char.

To be honest I think it's a little unfair that everything is basically being closed especially the nursery? I feel that should be left open like most other species do, since there's those few people that put a lot of work into a character/relationship and are getting ready to breed them once they know it's a good match and then suddenly, boom you waited to long, outta luck?

I understand why you're closing the species, but again it's a big blow to people having been waiting to develop a character more before breeding?

Though I do have to say thanks for running a species, it was pretty fun, just kinda died really without warning

but! i think her point here was to end it cleanly. leaving the nursery open means plumerians are still being created after it has been closed, and would still require monitoring.
while yes, it stings to miss out, are babies really necessary to your character's development? you can still build lovely relationships with your existing plumies.
i think its best that we give char some space for a bit! and, as she said previously, she might open up a couple free breeding slots in a stream! (again, its a MAYBE) i'd advise watching her on deviantart. just because plumerians have come to an end doesn't mean her art is <3
be happy with what she's given you! two years is a long time.
