Although I have never owned one (I have tried out for quite a few, but I have never won.), I am sad to see this species go. I guess I'll just need to look out for readoptions.

I do actually have a question though, will feather butt February still be done? Because it has not been judged yet but all the plumies where already kind of promised but not actually created so... I don't know. cx

But if you are not able to run the species why not hand it over to someone who is able to?


I for one know that I am not the only one who has invested so much in this species and developing the characters. So you're expecting us to just give up on them? That's completely wrong on a lot of levels. There's a reason why most species that close leave the nursery open so that it lessens the blow and gives people hope.

Plumes are the only reason I use CS and now to think that these characters I've developed will never be able to love have children and grow. To say I'm upset is a understatement.

Oh man...I certainly didn't expect this. I am happy that I have my two Plumerians and I am certainly happy of all the new friends I have made due to Plumerians. I am upset to see them go for sure, but I'm sure there are plenty of reasons that lead to them closing.

As you are leaving CS, can't you just pass the baton to someone else?

There is many staff members who I believe are very hard-working, and can be a great owner for plumerians.

I like plumerians, and many people haven't even gotten the chance to get one! So why close it?

I believe you shouldn't just let this wonderful species close down- it has a great following, and many would hate to see it go.

So just, maybe, give another staff member a chance to lead plumerians?

I understand if you don't want to do this.
