Personality:
Percy is a grumpy kalon who questions too many things, especially how things work. She's not really the friendliest person ever, but is actually very caring and kind once given enough time to know her. She's a huge dork who likes to tell really bad jokes when she's in a good mood. Her behavior can be seen as scary by some as she suffers from bad mood swings; they haven't been confirmed to be caused by Bipolar disorder, but she can be extremely irritable and rash one minute to calm and quiet the next.

Occupation:
Librarian/Comicon merchandise seller/Animecon merchandise seller (mainly books/mangas)

Relationships:
Tuoshi

Percy is actually Tuoshi's sister, the two of them aren't as close as they were when they were kits, but now that Tuoshi has kits of his own, Percy does everything she can to be a good aunt and help him out. The two of them often bicker about things, but in the end they almost always find an in between and make a negotiation, whether it be for food or what would be best for the kits.

Maxwell and Moriarty

Percy loves her nephews more than anything, she is constantly taking care of them due to Tuoshi's work, and the fact it's easier to look after them in a library than it is a tattoo shop. Every night she reads them a book from her collection until they fall to sleep.
