It's been so long since I made one of these that I actually forgot how to set it up.
Whoops.
So here you can listen to me talk for a bit and then we'll get to the stuff you guys actually probably want to hear.
I think part of the reason I stopped making breeding centers / breedable characters was I actually started getting more attached to the designs I made and turned them into proper and important characters instead of just random designs to be tossed aside as soon as I lost interest in making pups, and then because I was worried the pups would follow a similar fate.
I think part of the reason I talked myself back into making one was because now the universe[s?] my characters inhabit has several deities [basically gods] and I figured that since in mythology, gods and deities typically had a lot of children that it would be alright to at least include them. I think the other reason was design practice and I didn't want to come up with an idea completely from scratch each time.
So I'm going to try my hand at this again and I will try to not bail out on it half way like I've done every other time.
Okay so.

Stuff you would probably like to know
Who's alright to breed with
Almost any design in my gallery is fair game to breed with EXCEPT most* of the ones on this list.
If you're not sure, just ask.
*The deities are/should be on that list, but they're fair game.

Genders/Sexualities
I will do same sex breedings [mxm, fxf] AS LONG AS my characters' sexualities allow for it.
On that line of reasoning, that also means that a gay character won't breed with the opposite sex.
It should sort of go without saying that if a character is asexual, they won't be available at all.
I'm going to really oversimplify this for now

Genetics, powers, mutations, and items
So I know that a lot of people give pups items or robotic parts if the parents have them, and I just need to say
That ain't how that works
That being said, I will NOT give the pups any items or robotic limbs. You can add items if you want, and you can give them robotic parts, but only if they lose a limb or something later on. They will NOT have them at birth.
Just a huge pet peeve of mine.
So some of my characters have edits and mutations. Not many, but some. With the exception of the deities, which I will be getting to later, there is a chance these traits might be passed down, and a chance they won't be. I might implement some sort of genetics system later, but I think this is already getting confusing enough as is so I doubt it.
A very select few of them also have powers, but chances are the powers either won't pass down at all, or will be very, very rare.

The Deities
There are six deities. Most of them will be available for breeding, at least for a while.
Helena Akuma - Ruler of Nowhere
Alexandria "Alexis" Avilia - One of the joint rulers of the Afterlife
Giovanni "Ganon" Aiden Reeves - One of the joint rulers of the Afterlife
Jack Erickson - One of the joint rulers of the Underworld, ex-ruler of Nowhere. Essentially the devil.
Enigma Providentia Sanchez - Ruler/Guardian of the Ethher.
Tanith Ethelinda Nagendra - Ruler of the Labyrinth.
Most of the deities have horn, wing, and tail edits and one has hair, but with maybe one exception, these traits will not pass on. That's just how their genetics work in my universe, sorry.
I believe the deities also have some additional powers, but seeing as I have not yet decided if this is the case, any of the pups they have now will not have powers unless they can inherit them from the other parent or under certain circumstances.

Payments
Not all of my characters may offer their services for free. Some may ask for a little something in return, but only certain ones and only if you breed with them a certain number of times.
For the deities, you will get two free breedings with each of them, and after that there will be a small price of pets, items, C$, or something else that is to be decided on. Jack is an exception, and you'll only get one free breeding with him, since...

Edit [7/16/2016] - For the duration of the summer space event, each extra breeding with a deity or other character with a payment attached will cost either 2 or 3 tokens [preferably of the same token "set", but doesn't have to be] or 1 missed event pet.

Rules
I know, I know, we all hate them but we have to have them.
Rules wrote:- All Tess's and Bean_cake's rules apply.
- Use common sense.
- I have the right to decline any breeding that I believe the parents aren't compatible. I.E. Too simple, too complex, clashing colors/markings, etc.
- If your character's design is too complex or I don't have the muse to add them to the image, I won't draw them.
- Do not complain if I reject a breeding.
- I may take as many pups as I want from a litter, though if it's an odd number you will get the majority.
- Any unwanted pups I may keep, adopt out, or gift, unless you state that you would like to do so.
- If you do not respond to the completed breeding within a month, I have the right to claim, adopt out, or gift the pups. If you will be absent from CS for an extended period of time, please alert me beforehand.
- I will make as many pups as I have the muse to. If it meets your requested number of pups, then good. If it doesn't, don't complain.

- I am a human being and tend to lose motivation easily, so don't be surprised if this goes dead for a few weeks at a time every now and then.
- You may post no more than two forms per post.
- You may only ask for one breeding per form. I.E. You cannot list multiple partners.
- Do not post forms when the center is closed.
- Reserving slots is not allowed. [Added 7/2/2016]
- Keep spam to a minimum.
- Please do not quote your form. If I seem to have skipped it, make a new post either linking to it or giving the page number it is on. This is so the codeword will actually find all the forms and not just the same form over and over, and it generates less spam.
- Please be polite and respectful to all members posting here. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say it. I don't want to have to start a ban list, but I will if I have to.
- If you post first, but then a Coppa'd post appears before yours after I add your request to the list, I will move your request down and list the Coppa player first. I.E. Your request was listed in slot 2, but a Coppa'd post gets approved, your request will be moved down to slot 3 and the Coppa'd player's request will be slot 2.
