A Machibo is a serpentine-like creature with a hooded neck and a tufted tail. They're generally nocturnal or live in darker places due to it being more easier for them to live - they don't have any eyes so they have to rely on their surroundings to hide them while they find food with a strong sense of smell and taste. Their larger size, claws and teeth help them capture prey easier.

Choice explanation: Jerijah hides in this small, semi-underwater cave because she feels at peace there. She can swim around a little bit and catch fish is they come close enough, or she can relax and nap for a while on a rock. Jerijah loves the feeling of safety that she gets from being in such a small, dark space. She goes here whenever she gets stressed out from being around other machibos, which is often!

She first discovered the cave when she was young, newly departed from her mother. She had wandered for days in search of a den, and stopped by the cave for a drink. Feeling curious, she decided to explore a bit, and since then it's always been a special place to her.
