Kalons-- a species with soft manes and even softer hearts.

Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sentient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

I am really fond of this design, so I'm glad that I got the chance to put it up for adoption!

This is going to be an art/personality based contest, but with a slight twist. To win this kalon, draw them (with or without other kalons) in a screencap of your choice.

Do you ever scroll through tumblr or some other website and you see those weird out of context screenshots of shows or videos? Sometimes with ridiculous subtitles at the bottom that only make the screenshot more confusing?
Those are screencaps.

You'll esentially be redrawing the picture you pick, but with this kalon as the focus. It can be a screencap from a cartoon, anime, live action show, etc. as long as it's appropriate. c: You can even make multiple if you want to recreate a particular scene (like with vine videos). Anything works!
I would like it if the screencap(s) show the personality you made for the kalon. :D

He may seem cool and popular, but frankly...he's a nerd. He is considered attractive, but either doesnt realize, or doesn't care. He's a slight bit eccentric and, due to this, not many people stick around long after they find him freaking out over a recent scientific discovery...
It doesn't help that he's somewhat bitter and a bit of a shut-in. If people don't want to be his friend, he doesn't want to be theirs. It's a mutual understanding. He tends to scare people off that do want to be his friends, though...

Personality:
Zackery is a total prankster, and can't stand a day without a joke. He's a funny guy, with a sick sense of humour. He knows exactly how to pull off pranks, and letting his inner child takeover. Zackery does snicker a lot, and some kalons avoid him because of his out-of-control nature. If you need to talk seriously with him, you have to have a stern and serious voice and get straight to the point, otherwise you will get absolutely nowhere with all his jokes sprouting from him.
Zackery can sometimes come off as rude and annoying if you don't know him that well, and he loves to tease others. He is rather awkward with apologies, and if someone doesn't get his joke, he gets a bit upset in his head.
However, Zackery is actually super supportive and he has really good advice for social situations. He knows all the ins and outs of how certain personalities will react to certain news, and there haven't been a lot of reactions that have surprised him.
