Hey guys, just wanted to update you.

I'm halfway through the judging process! I had to stop because my dog died over the weekend, and I was too sad to do much really. Tomorrow and Thursday I'm promoting from middle school to high school, so I'm super busy with that. I will have the results to you by this weekend, definitely! c:

Before I announce the winner, I want to apologize a million times for taking so long. I'm not going to name my excuses, because they don't matter right now!

Even though there were only 2 finished forms, it was very hard to choose the winner. I probably had to reread the forms over 10 times!

I really adored your form, his character flowed through obviously. The subtle touch of lgbtq+ matters surprised me and added some depth to his personality. The overall prettying of the form was very nice, very easy to read. I definitely liked how you tied in how he got his feathers to his name and personality!
Overall, it was a character I could definitely get into. Ptarmigan has a lot of depth to him. I actually "awww'd" when Frisk asked Ptarmigan if he wanted to live with him!
