The Monthly switch over doesn't effect whether or not batches prior to it get done. all of them will still be completed.
Each month switch over is simply to keep track of when each month starts and ends. So we, the artists and mods, can keep track of how many batch requests each individual makes. Making sure no one goes over the 2 requests per month rule.
