What are Dutch Thoroughbreds?
Dutch Thoroughbreds are a new breed of horse, only 4 years old, with primarily Dutch Warmblood and of course, Thoroughbred lineage. Ranging between 15hh - 17hh, this breed is quite tall, and has long, slender legs. They have amazingly smooth gaits, and primarily ride English, doing well in jumping and dressage. This breed is quite fiery, best suited for intermediate to advanced riders. Once controlled, they behave perfectly. They are increasingly popular and range from interesting colors and markings, although roan and appaloosa genes are not present in the breed.

How do I adopt?
Adopting a Dutch Thoroughbred is simple. Click on a horse without a halter to adopt. A form listed in the post just needs to be filled in and posted to apply. After the end date, which is posted in the main post, the artist will judge the posts to choose the adopter/winner.
