Ref/Desc.-
Species add-ons- Torn Wing
Accessory(s)- Lime green collar= #80FF40 , bandaged forearms
Total Fang Cost- 60? does that fix it?
Anything else?- all hail sunny! also, I realize there are several small details, it's okay if you can't fit them all, also his tail is completely bright yellow
anyway, this is supposed to be Flash's final form. He has the powers Flash has and the power to create tornadoes, and is a better fighter than he was as Flash, along with many other new abilities..He's right under Wrethen in the ranking of strong dracos. While a Torn Wing draco, he has tendencies of a Tooth and Claw draco. Also, when ShockWave runs, sparks will fall behind him.
