Her backstory:
She was born wild, and everyone hated her. She finally ran away from her herd, but found it difficult to live on her own. Wolves and other creatures tried to kill her, and she would always kick them in the head with back hooves, shattering their skulls with the force. Her heart was broken, and she was gloomy. But she still tried to survive. She tried to find a new herd, but was not welcome wherever she went. She found an owner at last, but she was killed in a car accident. All she has left to remind her of this owner is a locket.
The gray hearts on her represent something like sadness. And if you look closely, there is a small one on her ear.
She wears a silver heart locket that was given to her by her old owner who was killed
