If someone is begging for a custom:
If someone was begging for a custom, I would tell them that they can not have a custom unless they are staff and that this was a closed species. If they then asked to be staff, I would tell them that they have to apply if applications are open, and if not,then they can not.
If there is a fight in the fanclub:
I would first move it to PM, then try to help resolve it.
If someone is taking the species off-site:
I would inform space bound.

what ways would you deal with a situation?; I always make sure I have a full understanding of a situation before taking any action. I would explain what someone was doing wrong in a firm but not too forceful way. Sometimes PM is an easier way to handle a situation but I would post on threads if needed as well.

previous moderating experience; In my early days of CS I used to own an moderate a ton of threads on the User Made Adoptables Board. I have also been a moderator for a few Oekaki adopts but they have all died out. Most recently I help mod Lights On Lights Off, a forum gifting game that needs heavy modding due to the fact that we had around 1,000 participants last Halloween.

what ways would you deal with a situation?; logically and fairly, always seeking both sides rather than one. if i have any big situations i'll be sure to pm you and inform you about it, and i can offer general help. depending on the person's doings, i might act differently, though never so harsh as to begin going into caps and 'yelling' at them for breaking rules. calm & collected is how i solve problems.
previous moderating experience; dragon fruits, pop-a-pets, forgelings, orben dragons, cristal lustres, and peaarl gryphs. i've just gotten accepted into foodhogs, which is a currently active species unlike my past experiences.
