I'm not going to feed my cats raw or wet food, I prefer to stick with dry but if anyone knows any better then Meow Mix feel free to let me know!
Well I personally say Whiskas Meaty Selections. It has chicken, and veggies

.
It has real chicken, and it's a high level of protein

. My cat actually loves it, and to be honest, he's super picky!
I did feed my cat Meow Mix at once, and he didn't like it.. There are plenty more options

! See your local vet and they may suggest a food.

Looking at the ingredients, I wouldn't say Whiskas is a particularly good brand of food... first ingredient is poultry by-product (not specified if it's chicken or not), and the next two are corn and wheat, both fillers that cats can't use.

Whiskas really isn't a great food. Let me grab the ingredients list and explain why I say that.

Ok, let's start with the very first ingredient! Chicken by-product meal. That means that this food is mostly made up of chicken by-products, ie the feet, beaks and other parts that aren't really that digestible. That means the meat content in this food is negligible at best.
The second ingredient is ground yellow corn, which really tells me all I need to know about this food. Corn is indigestible for most animals, cats included. Everything following this ingredient is more grains, which are nutritionally empty for cats and is nothing but a filler. Your cats use their litter box a lot, don't they? Foods that are this grain heavy tend to move through the body much faster. Now, for a comparison, I'll show what I feed.

As you can see, Orijen has much more meat and protein in it. My cats also eat a lot less of it, so it's actually come out to be cheaper than lower quality foods were in the past. I buy one 15 pound bag that lasts a month and a half and that bag feeds five animals. Three cats and two ferrets, to be exact.

It depends on what you mean by clumsy, and how drastically it happened. Older cats tend to suffer from arthritis, which can make them clumsier.

Well sometimes he trips over me, when I'm sitting in my bed and he wants to get on the other side of me. It's not really like he falls, but its clear that he gets his leg caught on something, like the blanket or some of my wires. And once he was jumping off of a chair in a fairly tight space, and almost tumbled over his own head. Though this only happened once, and he was jumping at a very steep angle so that might have been the fault of it. As for how drastically it happened, it's a bit hard to say as I've just recently noticed this, and remember him being pretty agile as a younger cat (or, before he got overweight, anyway. he's lost weight now, though). He's almost 12 years old now, and seems fine otherwise. Just a bit less.. confident in his feet. As a younger cat you could push on him and he wouldn't fall over, whereas now he probably would.

@Plum Hey! Thanks for your opinion

. Whiskas uses real meat, but what do you suggest for food? I may go to the pet store today.
@TransKitty Wow! I didn't look at the ingredients right. It says on the front "made with real chicken". They lied. Does Orijen sell in Canada? I may give it a try with my kitty

I decided to go with 4health for my kitten once I get him! Real meat and its grain free (the bag I will be buying is the grain free one, they have regular ones too). No by products No corn wheat or soy. But there is a ton of great food try going online to the pet food store you shop and opening several tabs on different cat foods to compare the ingredients on a few. That's how I decided the with brand I'm going to go with, plus its budget friendly for me. (:
