Since fish owns that thread you should ask them for clarification but for now I believe they aren't able to breed bks. Also don't forget that when you breed, a bk kit is 500 bells each.(sometimes only 250 bells per kit)

Breeding is not currently open (It will be reopened once I finish all the Bell Kitties for the Undertale Event), but once it re-opens...
Evyxle can breed two of your BKs as long as they are both on the adult lines (not a PPS or kitten), and they have consent from you to breed your bell kitties. The prices can be figured out later c;

Alright alright. Yui, first of all, thank you for even accepting me to be a part of the bk community
and best of all letting me be staff. You've become a really great friend and also someone to lean
on when I'm upset or sad. Thank you so much for your hard work and commitment to bell kitties and
overall; you're just kind to everyone. I'm still going to debate with you telling you that your art is better
than mine; You can't stop me on that haha. That whole entire paragraph on the gifting thread about me,
you deserve a paragraph back now.

Fishy fish fish that doesn't live in the water I'm glad that you've stuck around, I truly am glad.
Honestly, I didn't know if we were able to revive bell kitties but with you and Yui we were successful.
You've also been a great and close friend to me ever since nightclan and I thank you for that. I wouldn't
be the person I am today if you hadn't stayed. Thank you so much for staying with us and helping us
out even if it seemed like we didn't need help.

To all the new staff members; Thank you so much for joining the bell kitty community and staff!
I hope that you guys can stay with us for a long time and that bell kitties will hopefully survive for a few
more years or even a long time. You guys are all amazing artists and I just can't say anything else really
