Well, if I would never open customs, then surely I wouldn't have put them on the front page.. Just have some patience, I have a lot of work to do at the moment. To be honest, I never knew I'd suddenly get all this work, otherwise customs would've opened a few days after the start. :c

You are allowed to do this. Just look at Hrr's Silverbell, she has a collar and bracelet. And some Trackers have some sort of item on them as well. Oh, and FYI, my birthday's in March too. It's a month of win.
