i can happily suggest mobile users use an app
called sketchbook, it's easy and fun to use and you can have
up to 3 layers (unless you get pro, then you get.. Like 16)

Or an app called ibis paint, also easy to use,
you get more out of it then you do sketchbook,
however sketchbook has its own little perk
that I prefer over.
