Yep, you read the screen correctly- I'm doing free breedings! Using this lovely lineart, I will breed two characters of your choice together and create however many pups you desire, for no charge! Why, you ask? Well, it's simple: I love playing with genetics like this and making outcomes, but I don't have any characters that are officially paired together, so i don't get to do breedings for myself. By doing this, I get to do something I personally think is fun and I can make others happy in the process! So this is also why it's free of charge; this being a hobby, I enjoy just doing it, so I don't need anything else in return. From time to time, if you every decide you don't want all of the pups, I might keep one, but you will always choose first and may always keep all of them, so this isn't an official payment.
Anyway, enough explanation, here and some rules and the form to get started!
- i. Please post clear, full body references of the two that are breeding. (note: I do accept same sex pairings :3) If I can't see everything the parents have, I won't know what markings and such to use.
ii. Make it clear which markings/mutations/growths etc. can possibly be passed down to young, and which ones you don't want passed down. These breedings will be based on what I think the outcomes will be, giving me free rein to use and not use whatever I please. If you have a specific trait you want one or more of the pups to exhibit, I need to know that: I'm not a mind reader.
iii. The characters must belong to you or you have explicit permission to use/breed them. If you needed permission, I will be needing proof. That being said, I will not breed together book/series/cartoon/whatever media characters together so you the kids can be your original OCs: if the parents don't belong to you, neither do the kids.
iv. Please use canine chars. If I planned on making kittens and such, I would've used a different lineart. ^^' Once you own the pups, you can make them into any species you want though.
v. Keep in mind this is being done solely because I think of it as a hobby; I can't dedicate all of my life and time to this, so be patient after having your order accepted. I will go in fcfs order so it's fair. I promise that if it takes more than two weeks, I'll post an update, because I will likely have a valid reason for taking so long, like school and such.
vi. Don't be afraid to ask question or run things by me! <3
vii. Please don't try ask for the kids if the parents don't belong to you UNLESS I have written that certain ones were not claimed and the owner said they could be adopted. You can comment on how much you like them though.
viii. If you adopt pups from here and eventually decide you don't want them anymore, please give them back; I'll either keep them, leave them up for adoption, or donate them to a thread where characters in general can be adopted.
ix. I may decline the breeding if the design/designs you want me to use are too complicated. Again, this is more of a fun personal thing; if I have to spend hours just on a parent's design alone, it can become stressful and eat up my time.
x. Accessories will not be included on the pups, even if the parents have them. They are not genetic, therefore cannot be passed down, and if you take a pup as your character, it would be better if you chose their accessories yourself. I'm sure you'd know which accessories are best.
xi. When slots are open, you may only have one. This means you can only submit one breeding at a time, and can't request another if you already own a slot.
UPDATE: Since I have some characters that need to be put to use, you can request to breed with one of my characters. The rule with this though is that we each choose a pup back and forth; you get first pick, but you choose one, then I choose one, and if there are more, we go back and forth like that. I may not want any of the pups, in which case you get to keep as many as you want.
