Talarian Dors are a closed species created and owned by Miss. Scei, these canine-style creatures, with their bird qualities and snake-headed tail, are a wonderful companion for the average household family, ranging from 19 inches (shiba inu) to 27 inches (Siberian husky) in height, standardly known for their friendly face to other pets they'll be one of the best to get with your new puppy!

is up to the dor's artist to hold a
competition to decide the winner.

By adopting or trying out for a Dor adoptable you agree and are bound by these sets of rules, while understanding the given rules may be subject to changes.

General Rules

• staff, owners, and non owners must all respect each other.
  
• discrimination is not allowed, respect each other at all times.
• all Chickensmoothie rules apply
• harassment, bribery, and other means of petty begging is not tolerated
• questions asking to become part of our staff will be ignored, unless slots are currently opened.
• Breaking or not following these rules can result in a ban and/or a warning. If a user has 2 warnings, the third will result in a ban.
• if you have questions pm an owner or mod of the species.


Ownership and adoption

• temporary banned and banned users will have their Dor's revoked for as long as they are banned.
• you may own as many Dor's as you wish, however there is a 3 day cool down.
• If caught using a second account on any website to cheat out of claiming more in your 3 day cool down all adopts will be revoked from your care for 14 days, if this is repeated; all adopts will be revoked and resold and the user will be banned from adopting more.
• a Dor may be your OC, the species may not be claimed by you, and the desi goes to the credited owner
• Dor's may be any sexuality, gender, etc.
• Accessories may be added to any Dor, however only accessories/companions/traits the original artist made can be passed down in breedings to the young.
• If your Dor was made off-Okekai you may ask a Convert-Artist to do your

Creation

• The only time a user who is not a Dor artist may make a personal Dor is with a Make your own (MYO) ticket. Only staff may hand out/ sell these.
• All Dor's must have the specified body parts -see necessary traits-
• Do not ask for custom Dor's unless an artist is offering.
• Guest artists have 1 month to create 6 adopts. They may make 1 common custom for themselves in that time.
• the only Dor that are allowed to have natural powers are legendary/Rare, normally found only on milestones
• in the time given a guest artist can make 3 common adopts, 2 uncommon adopts, and 1 rare adopt, not including the common custom
• Any permanent artist may offer to be a breeding artist as well. However guest artists may not, and not all artists may be accepted to be a breeder.
• Artists never have to use the given lines. They do have to know the base anatomy of a Dor and how to draw it.

Exchange

• Dor may be exchanged and traded for less then what you paid for them.
• Anytime a Dor is traded/exchanged the new and old owner must pm the archivist (Miss. Scei) with the new and old owner's username as well as a link to the original Dor.
• if you no longer want to keep your Dor, a new contest may be held by you with help by a staff member
• Dor's may not be sold for monetary value
• tickets, items, and potions may be sold or traded at the will of the subject owner.
• you must own a Dor 4 weeks before you may trade, readopt, gift, or sell it out of your care.
• Dor's may be gifted with the permission of the receiver.

Artists

• 1 design weekly is necessary. You will be given 2 chances until you are marked inactive and removed from the species artists. (If going on hiatus please pm the owner however long you'll be gone)
• use what ever lines you wish (including my own), as long as the species is easily recognizable as a Dor
• If you wish to be a breeder as well, please pm me. Breedings will be done on the bulk lines.
• if you wish to do transfers as well, please pm me. Transfers will be done on the detailed lines.
• Once you are done with your adopt, please pm me the finished Dor with a link, if on Oekaki I will post a link to the finished. If off Oekaki I will withhold the peice until the next batch (mine will normally be included here as well)
• Permanent artists may make 1 common custom once they start, 1 uncommon custom after their fifth adopt, and 1 rare custom after their 15th adopt. After their 35 adopt they may make a legendary.
• Do not base your designs on pre-made characters I.E. Pokemon, television characters, book characters, comic characters, other people's designs, videogame characters.
• selling the Dor you make is fine if you are a permanent artist. You may not sell them for real-world currency. Deviantart points are fine, c$s are fine, CS pets are fine, etc.
• you are not above the rules, all rules listed above apply to you as well.
