My last entry!
This one is rare. It is partially based on a rainbow phoenix, watercolor, and stars.
There are ear edits, hair edits, a tail edit, and the eyes and feathers glow.
I hope you guys like them and I had a lot of fun!

I just add a new layer using the color I want with the soft pen on a lower opacity setting then lower the layer opacity to a level I like. Then I added a little bit darker dot/sparkle effects to another layer and voila!
