I did this one as a raffle, cuz I hate it when the usually super awesome Grand Opening litter is FCFS.

I'm sorry, this just sounds really wrong with getting winning 1 cat per litter, especially from a 1 cat litter. its really unfair to everyone, even if the owner got in. either reroll the justice kitten or remove the kitten from being owned and raffled.
this is unacceptable.
