I'm not sure about the chain collar, so I've just done it silver c;
As for the coat colour, I really don't know much about dog coat colours, but bay brindle seems right..

I'm still getting into dog coat colors, but I can say that bay is a term used in horses than dogs.
I'd guess he's a Liver Brindle with Irish Spotting.^^
