To be honest, I prefer the older/current lines. There's something about the tail of the new lines that I don't like and I'm not very fond of the big, anime-ish eyes on them (that's just my opinion though). The eyes make it almost too... chibi? I don't know, I just think the current eyes look epic. The big eyes may be good for a baby Leafie but I prefer the eyes of the current lines. However, I do really like the new ears!

Don't take my opinion too much into mind, I'm sure the new lines could grow on me over time :3

I'm also more drawn in to the current lines. The new lines there seem more cartoon-ish, which works well for a lot of things, but there is just something about the current lines. I would probably describe the current lines as... elegant? I'm not sure if that's exactly the word I'm looking for, but yeah, I definitely prefer the current lines.

i definitely prefer the current lines. the elegance and realism in the current lines is partially what drew me to the leafies - the new ones look too cartoonish and kind of... smaller? they just dont have that special vibe that a species should have as much as the current lines. they're cute, but the current leafie lines are unique. lots of other species have chibi/more anime-based lines [i think that's what you call it?] and though i do like them, i'd prefer for leafies to stay as they are. i also adore the pose that the current lines are in! it's just a tad more boring than these lines if they're standing, and though that's absolutely fine, i think the pose is really special to leafies.

Thank you for your thoughts. The new lines will not be going ahead and we're going to stick to the current ones, which will be a relief to many ^~^ <33
