The rat is also from 2009, so the vr rat for your vr butterfly wolf is fair rarity wise (slightly unfair demand wise; rats have bad demand). As for the other part of the trade, I'm not sure when the items are from, but it looks about fair to me. I'd get a second opinion on the items, just to make sure. I hope this helps
