I apologize for this, while I enjoy the design, and you did a good color pallet. There is not really any effort into it. Spend some time looking up images of cats, designs or patterns for inspiration. You tried your best I'm sure, but it looks like your still learning. Keep practicing as I was in this spot in the past as well! I would be more then happy if you tried the contest again in the future.
