Spotty means that use it as you please but not out of the site. I pretty sure about that.

Absolutly correct. You can use them anywhere on CS (not only on the forum, it's a bad formulation from my side), but you can't use them on other websites^^.

No, I couldn't sorry. I'm of the firm belive that you can only design your own fursona and that no one else could do it for you, but if you need help with the process do visit The Fursona Guide. It's not only a great guide but also a friendly place to ask questions and discuss designs with others.

If I misunderstood and you where asking for a STL pup with the design of your fursona, the answer is still no, I don't do those either^^.
