Short announcement:
There's a small rule change; people can now adopt vaikis without having to check if that name is already taken, and don't have to get permission from whoever already has that name. However, to allow people to still have special and unique names, if the first person to use a certain name sees a new vaiki with that name and aren't comfortable with sharing it, they can ask the second user to change the name.
It seemed like most people agreed with this on the fanclub, so I'm putting it in place officially c:

If you change your vaiki's name, please PM me so I can update the archives!

Also, the current GA round will last until the end of the month. Guest artist apps will open on March 1st.

Opening GA apps a day early cause why not :3
The current GAs will be able to finish their designs until new ones are chosen, which will be in a few days. c:

GAs will have about a month to make 5 adopts, 1 runner up (which will not take up one of the 5 slots), and 1 custom (one in all, not one every time you're a GA). At least two adopts must be made before they can post a custom, and the custom must be approved by me. Guest artists are allowed to make fin edits, expression edits, and add accessories if they wish. Fins must look fin-like in some way, they can't just be manes down the back or a puffball tail. (These are the only edits allowed, please don't ask about any other ones.)

If you were a guest artist last round, you'll have to wait until the next round before you can apply again.
Please only apply if you will have time to make some vaikis; there will be more opportunities in the future if you don't have the time right now.
