I know you already have puddles with the march 2011 bath set but I haven't come across a outside puddle, like one that has been or in the process of being jumped in after a rain storm.
and a yellow raincoat and hat set. to go along with the boots and puddle.

I was thinking that maybe if it's not going to offend anyone, would it be possible to create some items based off of the Bible? Or maybe at least a bible?

Maybe some religion based items in general? Perhaps flags with that religion's symbol on it, items, foods or clothing associated with that religion, ect. This would really be a nice touch to CS as users can display their religion on their pets.

The only issue I see with this is the fact that there are so many beliefs and religions that I it would be hard to include every single religion. This could result in some people being left out and excluded. In my opinion it would be best not to have religious themed items for this reason.

I think it would be great if we could have some more sewing type items and just some bookcase like shelves to display stuff like plashes and egg collections in. I know we have some painting items but a canvas and easel would be cool.

I think rainboots would be a great addition to the store! They could come in a bunch of different colors, and maybe even some polka dotted!
also imagine boots for some other species, like bunnies, Tess horses, rats, etc.

(I searched, but I couldn't find this. Sorry if it's been suggested before!)
