do not steal her design. she has a staph that has snow powers and she has a anklet that has a star charm and an earing that's on top of her ear that's a star and hoop earrings. she also has a tongue piercing. you can change her name.
Personality: She is cold and is Antisocial but loves Diablo. she would do anything for Diablo. she wouldn't be even a little social if it wasn't for Diablo and she has been being taught how to be social. This girl which I've been calling Blizzard is always alienated and picked last for everything, she has become antisocial because of this but Diablo loved her for her personality.

I have sent you a trade suggestion to show what CS stuff I can offer for her.

I can also offer one or two feral images done off-site (Not Oekaki) (Examples) shaded without a background.

I'd rather not offer to do Oekaki artwork because it takes longer to do and the quality isn't as good.

If there is something else you would like, please let me know and I'll see what I can do.
