@Winkatuck// It's unfair to the rest of the community to be able to "pay off" others to snag breeding slots for you or anyone else. No one should have that power. Please understand that we cannot have that happening. It'd be something that more people would abuse and again that's not fair to everyone else in the community who waits for slots to open as you should.

SUBMITTING A TICKET

- An artist will post when they are opening slots, and how many slots they are taking.
- Unfinished tickets will be skipped.
- Tickets will also be skipped if the breeding parras' children don't all have homes.
- Only one ticket may be submitted per person per opening.
- You may only breed one of your parras at a time, even if someone else is posting the ticket.
- The artist will decide how they want to accept tickets. It's usually first-come-first-served, or sometimes a raffle.
- Providing hex codes and a wingless ref is not necessary if you can add the artist to the parents' oekaki ref. This is the only exception. Do not assume that the artist who made your parra can add the breeder to the drawing; this is not always the case due to inactive accounts/artists.
- No posting incomplete tickets. If you edit your post and slots fill up, we will go by editing time instead of posting time to see who had completed their tickets first.

Regarding what happened above: You may not post a ticket for a breeding you are not involved in. You must either own one of the parras or be borrowing/paying for their breeding slots. Catching slots for someone else is not allowed.
