May I make a "nursery batch" or are you the only one allowed to do them? (Nursery batch: Example, your "youtube" one)

(Hey, sorry I've been so inactive, my life (mostly school) has gotten really busy. I may have to leave soon. I really love the Time Kitties, I just don't know if I have time to make them. I'll try harder, and try to make more, but if life gets too busy, I'll have to go. Sorry again.)
